Health class at Hillsboro library

The Hillsboro library will host a class where attendees will learn: “How to heal your life naturally and powerfully.”

Chrissy Wendel will present the program on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 6:30 p.m. There is no charge for the event, but Wednel asks that attendees RSVP beforehand by calling 513-519-7852 or emailing [email protected].

Wendel said that she began educating on health and wellness after her family started using essential oils about three years ago. “The results were so mindblowing, I decided I couldn’t keep it a secret,” she said.

Wendel added that she recently attended a global convention for an essential oils company. And that event, she said, only enhanced her desire to spread the word on healthy, natural living.

Wednesday’s program will “highly focus on essential oils,” Wendel said. However, the evening will also address topics for building a healthy lifestyle foundation, such as diet, adequete sleep, stress management, and proper hydration.

Wendel added that the program will also include “some little giveway stuff.”

Learning about essential oils and other healthy habits, she said, is “such a life changing bit of info.”

“It’s something worth coming to,” Wendel added. “At least to give it a chance. It has changed millions of lives.”
