TV, radio classes busy at McClain

The TV and radio classes at McClain High School have been busy producing commercials, live shows and miscellaneous videos.

Students in TV & Radio I just completed their first commercial scripts. Each student will direct their own commercial while their classmates carry out the rest of the studio jobs.

TV & Radio II students are currently airing two live shows each week. The first show is hosted by Highland County Community Action and updates viewers on all the programs offered through the organization. The second weekly show is Tiger Talk, a school news show where students update viewers on McClain news, sports and weather.

Students are finishing a 60-second video to enter into a video contest in TV & Radio III. Groups of students write, direct, act and edit their own videos for the contest. After the video contest is completed, TV3 will make a video about the fundraising campaign to create busts of Edward Lee and Lulu McClain.
