Maher Medical Massage has announced at Michelle Gilliam has joined the staff as a licensed medical massage therapist.

Gilliam is a graduate of Daymar College in Columbus and lives in Circleville. She is compassionate abut helping people relax or soothing any aches or pains. Currently she is available for appointments or walk-ins on Thursdays and Fridays.

Owner Kitty Maher and the staff at Maher Medical Massage would also like to congratulate massage therapist Stephanie Witechowsky, who is now licensed for medi-cupping therapy. Cupping can be done as part of a medical massage or you can just book a cupping treatment. It helps inflammation, manual lymph flow, blood flow and soft tissue draining assistance through the use of vacuum sealed cups. It also helps with weight loss, sculpting tissues, spider veins, scar tissue, IBS and acid reflux, COPD and Parkinson’s complications.

Maher Medical Massage extends an invitation to any small group, sorority or club to use their office for an evening meeting at no charge. Your group can take a tour of the facility and they would be happy to provide a program on medical massage therapy if you wish. Due to somewhat limited space, a group of around 20 or less is suggested and there is plenty of convenient parking. Call the office at 937-840-9276 to schedule a meeting or program and for more information. Please schedule your event about three weeks or more ahead, if possible.

Maher Medical Massage accommodates walk-ins but it is always better to call for an appointment. The business will be happy to schedule special appointment times to meet your working schedule if necessary.
