The following individuals with address in or near Highland County were recently indicted by a Clinton County grand jury. The alleged criminal activities all reportedly occurred in Clinton County.

• Brooke Conley, 21, of Leesburg, was indicted with failing to appear.

• Marc Burch, 25, of New Vienna, was indicted with grand theft, two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and one count of petty theft.

• Robert “Robbie” J. Anderson, 40, of Lynchburg, was indicted with forgery, and petty theft.
