Tractor purchased, donated back to 4-H

Six entities teamed up to purchase this John Deere pedal tractor for $1,000 Friday at the Highland County Chamber of Commerce fifth annual Ag Is Everyone’s Business event. The tractor was then donated back to the Friends of 4-H to be auctioned off again at the 2017 Highland County Fair. Buyers included the Hess Auction Company, United Producers Inc. Stockyards, Donald Fender Realtors, Charlie Mootz Trucking, Dr. Caleb Bohrer Vet Service and Rick’s Hometown TV & Appliance. Pictured are representatives of some of those businesses.
