Roger Hottinger of Boy Scout Pack 37 in Hillsboro was presented with the Boy Scouts of America Chief Logan District Award of Merit on March 11 at the district’s annual awards dinner. The District Award of Merit is the highest Boy Scout award presented at the district level for a volunteer and is given for outstanding leadership at both the unit and district level.
