Students talk ‘After Prom’ at Rotary

Hillsboro High School seniors Luke Gallimore, left, and Hope Tira discussed Hillsboro’s After Prom event Tuesday at the weekly meeting of Hillsboro Rotary Club at the Ponderosa Banquet Center. The After Prom is an event designed to keep prom-goers safe and provide entertainment until 4:15 a.m. after the annual prom, which will take place this year on April 29. Also addressing Rotarians were school guidance counselor Joni Layne and After Prom committee member Sherry Jones. The Rotary club makes a donation each year in support of the After Prom.
