Leesburg has new mural

As part of its beautification project, partially from funds donated by Luminex (formally Candle-Lite), the village of Leesburg is proud to display its new mural in the downtown area. The mural was hand-painted by local artist Mia Melson (pictured). The mural depicts pictures of Leesburg’s history including Luminex, the Mason Company, the old Fairfield High School, the train depot, the old Dairy Queen and the Pure Oil Station.
