A Care-A-Van Health Assessment Clinic, a cooperative service of the Highland County Health Department and Highland District Hospital, will visit the Hillsboro Wal-Mart parking lot from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1.

This service to Highland County residents of all ages is being brought to all areas to provide basic preventive health assistance at the local level.

Children’s immunizations are $5 per shot, or by Medicaid card if applicable.

Lipid profiles are $30, cholesterol testing is $10. Additional laboratory testing is also available. Contact the health department by calling 937-393-1941 for more information.
