Highland County Senior Citizen Center holds annual Halloween party

Shown here is a scene from a Halloween event held last Saturday at the Highland County Senior Citizen Center in Hillsboro. More than 500 people attended the event. For $1 those attending were able to trick or treat with around 25 businesses and individuals; go through a haunted house; play games; have a hot dog, chips and drink; participate in costume contests; and more.
