Hills and Dales Preschool has recently been highly rated by the Ohio Department of Education. Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) is a five–star quality rating and improvement system administered by the Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Hills and Dales Preschool received the highest possible rating of five stars. SUTQ recognizes and promotes learning and development programs that meet quality program standards that exceed licensing health and safety regulations.The SUTQ program standards include four domains: Learning and Development, Administrative and Leadership Practices, Staff Qualifications and Professional Development, and Family and Community Partnerships. Hills and Dales Preschool program has been proven to go above and beyond in each of those areas.
