The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Issiah Wright, 19, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding theft charge.

ACCIDENT

At 12:52 p.m., the police department responded to the area of SR 73 near Learch’s Barnlot for a report of a one-car crash. Upon investigation, Spencer Boone, 21, of Leesburg, was traveling southbound on SR 73 when his left front wheel became loose causing him to drive off the road and strike a road sign. No injuries were reported on scene.
