Rotarians hear about veterans’ services

Gerold Wilkin of the Highland County Veterans Service Commission addressed Hillsboro Rotarians on Tuesday, discussing access to care and other veterans issues. Wilkin said that every dollar spent by the commission returns $92 back to the county.
