Mazda mishap on Mad River


Two Mazda vehicles got in a tangle late Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Mad River Road and Riber Road. According to Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Kyle Prose, a gold Mazda 6 was driving northbound on Mad River Road when a white Mazda 3 pulled out of Riber Road and into the intersection. Prose said the driver of the Mazda 3 stopped at a stop sign on Riber Road, but pulled into the intersection without checking properly. Prose said the driver of the Mazda 3 is at fault. There were no injuries, and the intersection was cleared in about half an hour.
