Senior center Hee Haw Show a success

0

The Highland County Senior Citizens Center Hee Haw Show on Aug. 29 brought in a total of $1,945 profit for the center (including food sales). The center still has canned “possum” for sale, but the sales are still strong and the cans are selling fast. After an evening of laughter, the show concluded with “God Bless America” and the crowd sang along. At the end of the show the Hee Haw gang lined up in two lines and the guests exited between them with everyone shaking hands. Many said that they have been to several of the center’s Hee Haw shows and this was the best one yet.
