A pair arrested last month after being indicted on drug charges have been indicted again by a November session of a Highland County grand jury.

Kacy Clouser, 33, and Brittany D. Edwards, 24, both of Hillsboro, were each charged Tuesday with first-degree felony counts of trafficking in and possession of heroin, second-degree felony counts of aggravated trafficking in and aggravated possession of methamphetamine, and fifth-degree felony cocaine possession.

The most-recent charges stem from what authorities discovered at a McCoppin Mill Road apartment when the pair was arrested in October.

As previously reported, law enforcement had warrants to arrest Clouser and Edwards following the October indictments, which also included the forfeiture of a vehicle. Items discovered while inventorying the vehicle led law enforcement to obtain a search warrant for the apartment, which turned up 153 grams of suspected heroin, as well as “a large amount of crystal methamphetamine,” and other drug-related items within the residence.

In October, Clouser and Edwards were each indicted by a grand jury with fourth-degree felony counts of trafficking in and possession of heroin.

Also indicted on Tuesday were the following:

• Joseph Moore, 84, Greenfield, charged with 20 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, all fourth-degree felonies;

• Casey L. Saunders, 33, Greenfield, charged with fourth-degree felony operating a vehicle while under the influence;

• Robert Perie, 52, Greenfield, charged with fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine;

• Anthony W. Hawkins, 51, Greenfield, charged with two counts of third-degree felony operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol;

• Thomas Dale Robinson, 35, Hillsboro, charged with breaking and entering and theft, both fifth-degree felonies;

• Travis D. Gibson, 35, Hillsboro, charged with breaking and entering and theft, both fifth-degree felonies;

• Kyle Shane Durham, 24, Lynchburg, charged with third-degree felony endangering children;

• Jody L. Watson Jr., 30, Greenfield, charged with third-degree felony illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs;

• Chad A. Eggleton, 38, Greenfield, charged with having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony;

• Jerry L. Souders, 42, Greenfield, charged with third-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer;

• Ryan Elijah West, 25, London, charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony;

• Shaylyn Hope McCoy, 19, Hillsboro, charged with fifth-degree felony heroin possession;

• Joshua L. Lowe, 33, Hillsboro, charged with fourth-degree felony domestic violence;

• Adam Willey, 18, Hillsboro, charged with gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony;

• Ryan M. Hansen, 23, Mount Orab, charged with second-degree felony engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, third-degree felony having weapons while under disability, and eight counts of receiving stolen property, which include seven fourth-degree felonies and one misdemeanor;

• Cindy L. Hackney, 37, Mount Orab, charged with five counts of receiving stolen property, which include four fourth-degree felonies and one misdemeanor;

• David A. Mayse, 18, Mount Orab, charged with four counts of receiving stolen property, which include three fourth-degree felonies and one misdemeanor;

• Alexander Z. Arnett, 18, Sardinia, charged with two counts of fourth-degree felony receiving stolen property.
