In the Kitchen with Sharon

Hello! In the Kitchen with Sharon this week I made the best apple pie bread. I brought it into work and shared it with everyone. It was gone in an hour. It is delicious plain or with butter or cream cheese spread on it. Myself, I love the butter. This is a very easy recipe to make.

I am finding the best simple and easy recipes. Some I have made up my self. I like to finding these ones that are easy and do not have lots of ingredients since I don’t have time to spend hours preparing them and also looking for the hard to find ingredients.

If you have any recipes you would like to share I would love to hear from you. Send them to [email protected] or call me at 937-393-3456.

Ingredients:

1 can apple pie filling (mashed)

1 yellow cake mix

4 eggs 9 slightly beaten

1 cup self rising flour

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 medium apple diced up (I used 3 apples)

Whisk all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients

Fold in apples

Pour in 2 loaf pans (greased)

Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top

Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes

Cool and enjoy!
