Last fall, Isabella O’ Madden entered her original artwork in the VFW’s Young American Creative Patriotic Art contest and won first place in the local competition. She later was the first place winner of the District 4 Auxiliary of Ohio competition, besting artistic creations in the district’s 12 counties.
