The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Jill Gillam, 52, of Miamisburg, arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.

Kaysa Southard, 23, of Milford, arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.

Brent Mills, 40, of Xenia, received a traffic citation for driving under suspension and unnecessary noise.

ACCIDENT

John Magella, 73, of Hillsboro, was traveling northbound on South East Street in the area of Walnut Street. Hannah Kibler, 24, of Hillsboro, was in the westbound lane of East Walnut Street at the intersection of South East Street. Kibler stopped his vehicle and then proceeded to make a left turn southbound onto South East Street. Magella’s vehicle occupied the lane of travel as Kibler entered it. As a result, Magella’s vehicle struck the passenger side of the Kibler vehicle. Kibler was issued a citation for failing to yield.
