The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Randall Keefer, 48, of Columbus, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and issued a citation for driving under suspension.

Ralph Morrison, 59, of Columbus, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Jesse Edwards, 31, of Hillsboro, was cited for OVI and no headlights.
