Sharp sworn-in with HPD

Hillsboro Mayor Drew Hastings, right, administered the oath of office to new Hillsboro Police Officer Clint Sharp on Wednesday afternoon in the mayor’s office. Sharp, a former U.S. Marine, spent five years with the Highland County Sheriff’s Office. Prior to that he served with police departments in Sabina and Leesburg. Sharp is pictured with his wife, Cari, and HPD Chief Todd Whited. Sharp replaces Officer Kyle Dwelly, who took a position with the Mason Police Department.
