Grow! Highland County will host a client open house from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, March 24, at the Leesburg Fire House.

Grow! Highland County is supported from various private sources in Highland County and works to help small businesses get started or expand.

Pete Pence, the organization’s enterprise facilitator, says his mission is to “make myself available to any business that wants assistance in the three areas of business management – the product or service, marketing and financial management.”

Pence works to “bring together any number of resources to support entrepreneurs and small businesses to strengthen and grow Highland County’s economy,” according to program information.

Thursday’s open house is for anyone interested in starting a small business, or anyone wanting to discuss the organization’s successess and discuss businesses that are growing in the neighborhood.
