The Lynchburg-Clay girls team traveled down to Eastern Brown on Monday night to take on Southern Hills Athletic Conference opponent the Lady Warriors and came back home with a convincing win 54-19.

“This was a good game for us,” coach Whitney Lewis said after the win. “We played well. We haven’t played in a week and was only able to practice last Friday. I think we all missed being in the gym. We came out and executed like well both offensively and defensively. Everyone seemed to play well and with great intensity. Hopefully we can carry that on as we finish up the regular season.”
