The Lady Indians failed to finish against Western Brown and lost a close game on Monday night 55-52.


“The girls played hard tonight and gave themselves a chance to win.” coach J.R. Moberly said after the close loss. “I have to find a way to help them finish. We played well against a good team but came up short again.


Kaylynn Bell led the Lady Indians with 16 points including two from behind the arc.


Hillsboro will hit the road on Wednesday night when they travel to Miami Trace to try to get back on the winning side of things. They are now 1-4 on the year.
