The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

Nov. 16

INCIDENT

At 11:49 a.m., the police department conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of West North Street. After further investigation of the stop, Jamie A. Lowe, 53, of Hillsboro, was arrested and transported to the Highland County Jail. Lowe was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear, possession of drugs and trafficking in drugs.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Kenneth Weaver, 81, of Hillsboro, citation for speed 35/20.

Joseph Householder, 22, of Grove City , assured clear distance head.

Emily Nicole Smith, 40, of Hillsboro, arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.

Melissa Trace, 43, of Blanchester, arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.
