The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

STATISTICS

The statistics for the week beginning Monday, July 24, through Sunday, July 30, are as follows: The police department received 443 calls (12 – 911), investigated eight crashes, took nine offense reports, made 18 arrests, and completed 141 security checks.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

James Russell Byers, 31, of Columbus, was cited for disorderly conduct.

Bobby Brown-Buyers, 18, of Hillsboro, was cited for disorderly conduct.

July 29

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Matthew O. Jones, 29, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

Amanda Gragg, 29, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension.

Ernie Haskill, 36, of Seaman, was cited for driving under suspension, consuming in a motor vehicle, and failure to obey a traffic control device.

James McLain, 36, of Ripley, was arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.

Timothy Kibler, 40, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension.
