The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

Oct. 23

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Candace Louiso, 35, of Lebanon, was arrested on a bench warrant.

INCIDENTS

At 2:04 a.m., an officer with the police department initiated a traffic stop on East Main Street at Barry Street for a speeding violation. Upon investigation, it was found the juvenile driver was not a licensed driver. After permission was obtained to search the vehicle, officers located marijuana and a pistol. A passenger in the vehicle, Dennis Weldy, 18, of Hillsboro, was issued a citation for possession of marijuana. Information is being forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for possible further charges.

The police department responded to a business in the 700 block of North High Street in reference to an unconscious female inside a parked vehicle. Upon arrival, it was found the female had inhaled approximately four 10-ounce cans of air duster. Kailtin Pangallo, 23, of Cincinnati, was charged with abusing harmful intoxicants and was transported to the Highland County Jail.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Terry Swiger, 36, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Ronald Bryant Jr., 45, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Johnathan Cumberland, 38, of Wilmington, was arrested on two counts of domestic violence.
