McClain traveled to Jackson on Friday night to take on the Ironmen in Frontier Athletic Conference (FAC) football action.

The Tigers were shutout for the fourth time this season and lost 49-0.

Jackson dominated both sides of the ball at home as they were able to run the ball with impunity and kept the Tigers out of the end zone.

McClain was unable to do anything to stop Jackson in the first quarter as the Ironmen hung 28 points on the board to put the game away early.

Blake McCoy added to the Jackson lead with a 50 yard touchdown run in the third quarter after both teams were held scoreless in the second. The point after by Micheal Benson gave Jackson a 35-0 lead.

McClain had an opportunity to get on the board with one minute to go in the third but missed the field goal and turned the ball over.

Jackson added two more touchdowns in the fourth quarter to provide the final 49-0 score.

McClain will welcome the Hillsboro Indians to Greenfield next Friday for the annual Rotary Bowl between the two schools.
