The Highland County All Star team will play the Harlem Rockets on Friday, November 3 at 7 p.m. at the Fairfield gym in Leesburg.

This is a fun evening for families! The Harlem Rockets’ opponents come from the local community; among them are Lions Club member and local country music artist, Sean Poole, Lions Club member, Pastor Mary Cyrus, of Highland United Methodist Church, Officer Jessy Brady, of the Leesburg Police Department, Owner of Small Town Fitness in Greenfield, Robert Arthurs, Rick Priest from Batter Up Bakery, and Deputies of the Highland County Sheriff’s department.

For years, the Harlem Rockets have been entertaining fans with their unique combination of basketball skills, zany comedy, and audience participation. This group of highly talented former college and professional basketball players specializes in supporting fundraisers for schools, charities and civic organizations. The Harlem Rockets basketball organization prides itself in providing a high quality entertainment show for the entire family.

The event is brought to you by the Leesburg Lions Club, and sponsored by the Southern Hills Community Bank. Tickets may be purchased in Leesburg, at Southern Hills Bank, Saucy Sisters, Batter Up Bakery, M.S. Associates or Lions Club members.

Presale of tickets are $10 adults and $8 for students. Tickets are $12.00 at the door for adults and $10.00 for students at the door. Doors open at 6 p.m.
