The McClain Lady Tigers volleyball team traveled to Washington on Tuesday night in a game that Washington won three sets to none.

The Washington Lady Blue Lion volleyball team recognized its four seniors prior to the match against the McClain Lady Tigers Tuesday: Megan Mullins, Brooklyn Wilson, Maria Wilson and Jaycie McRoberts.

“We played well,” McClain head coach Emma Gall said. “The intensity wasn’t up where we normally have it. I would like to see a little more intensity. But, we had some good plays toward the end.

“Jhalea (Coleman) got on the floor, Chayden (Pitzer) had some good hits at the net,” Gall said.

“Malea Montavon had a good game, as well. Our intensity wasn’t there tonight. Washington Court House is a good program, we all know that.”

McClain (now 10-8 overall, 7-6 in the SCOL) has a match with Hillsboro Thursday.
