Bushido Club wins at Wilmington

The Cross County Bushido Karate Club traveled to Wilmington to compete in the Warrior Classic Karate Tournament and won 24 awards.

The following is a list of those awards and their winners:

Black Belt Nayomie Ludwick won Jr. Black Belt Grandchampion in Weapons Kata and third place in open hand Kata.

Brown belt winner:

Zack Fithen was first in Kata and first in Weapons Kata

Garrett Willey was first in Weapons Kata, first in Kia contest and third in Kata.

Green belt:

Alex Gibson was second in Weapons Kata, second in Grappling, second in Kata, and third in Sparring

Dustin Sova Davey was second in Grappling and third in Sparring

Chase Mongold was first in Weapons Kata, second in Sparring, and second in Kata

Maxine Ludwick was second in Weapons Kata and third in Kata

White Belt:

Adrian Collins was second in Weapons Kata, second in Kata, and third in Sparring

Keegan Anderson was first in Weapons Kata, first in Kata, and first in Sparring.

The Bushido club is coached by Kyoshi Rick Ludwick, Master Bob Minton, and Sensei Earl Paul.
