Three named Academic All-Ohio

The Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association released its 2015-2015 Academic All-Ohio teams recently and three local athletes were able to make the list.

Madison Snyder, a senior at Hillsboro High School, made the Division II Academic All-Ohio team. Snyder carries a 4.0 GPA and averaged 16.5 points in her last season as a Lady Indian.

Ali Little, a senior at Lynchburg-Clay High School made the Division III Academic All-Ohio team and also carries a 4.0 GPA. Little averaged 10.3 points in her last season as a Lady Mustang.

Devin Pierson, also a senior at Lynchburg-Clay, was named to the Division III Academic All-Ohio Boys team. He carries a 4.0 and averaged 19.3 points his senior season as well as help take his Mustangs to a Final Four game.
