The second Twilight Glow Run was held in Leesburg on Friday, July 29. All proceeds of the race will benefit the Fairfield Cross Country team.

A total of 29 runners participated in the one mile race, 21 of them female. The male winner of the one mile event was 15 year-old Jacob Baldwin with a time of 9:11. For the females it was nine year-old Maddie Caldwell with a time 9:18.

There were 92 participants in the 5K portion of the night with it split right down the middle with male and female runners each totaling 46. Blake Rigdon, 17, won it for the guys with a time of 17:21. For the girls, Ciara Colwell, 14, came across first with a time of 20:26.
