Those who are already a registered voter and need to update their address can go to www.highlandcountyelections.com and update online.

Early voting begins on Tuesday, Oct. 6 in the board office at 1575 N. High St., Suite 200, or via absentee mail request. Hours of operation for the board office during early voting are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on each weekday (Monday through Friday).
