The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Wesley I. Smith, 24, of Peebles, for failure to appear.
Anthony Bradds, 28, of Hillsboro, for fictitious tags.
ACCIDENT
On Monday, Dec. 21 at 9:58 p.m. the police department responded to a motor vehicle crash. Eric Bear, 19, of Hillsboro, was attempting to turn left into the parking lot at K-Mart and failed to notice a vehicle driven by Emma Reno, 17, of Hillsboro, who was traveling in the roadway. Bear’s vehicle struck the Reno vehicle. Bear was cited for failure to yield.
