The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ACCIDENT

On Monday, March 21, the police department responded to the call of an accident in the parking lot of Merchant’s Bank on West Beech Street. Beverly Brown, of Hillsboro, was attempting to park her 1991 Ford and struck a parked 2013 Kia. Candace Gilletly, of Hillsboro, was parked in the lot at the time of the accident. Light damage was received to both vehicles. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Jesse David Bushatz, 20, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.

Tabitha Tolle, 18, of Hillsboro, was arrested on two counts of assault.

Anthony Cox, 26 of Sinking Spring, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear and burglary.

Destiny Lynn Totton, 23, of Hillsboro, was arrested for theft.

Lisa M. Collett, 45, of Hillsboro, was arrested for theft.

Joseph Starcher, 40, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension and fictitious plates.
