Our Knit Together group continues to meet every Thursday of each month from 5:30-7 p.m. Bring your current project and join us for some friendly knitting. New members are always welcome.
SPARX, our teen book group, meets on Thursday, April 14 at 5:30 p.m. Any Leesburg area teen is welcome to attend. We will be discussing the last book in the “False Prince” trilogy entitled “The Shadow Throne.” Join us for a medieval feast and fun.
We will be celebrating National Library Week at the Leesburg Library from April 11-16. We’ll have contests for patrons of all ages and a special treat to share with our wonderful patrons each day. Come and visit us during this special week.
The RRR adult book group meets at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 21. They will be discussing “Pride and Prejudice.” Please feel free to join them for a lively discussion of the book.
We continue to have lots of fun at our children’s story times on Thursday mornings. Our Wee Ones (6-36 months) meet at 10 a.m. and Tater Tots (3-5 years) meet at 10:30 a.m. Themes this month include Let’s Go Camping, It’s a Surprise, Quit Clowning Around, and I Can Dress Myself.
