The congregation of TouchPoint Pentacostals has announced the pastoral anniversary of pastor Mrs. John Worley.
They assumed the pastorate at the church in November of 1982 with their infant son and just three members. On the other side of thousands of sermons and lessons are the many births, marriages, funerals, dedications and conversions across two, and for some three, generations.
All are invited to attend the anniversary service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 5 at TouchPoint, located at the corner of South West Street and Park Avenue in Hillsboro.
The pastor’s father, the Rev. A.J. Worley of Bushnell, Fla., will be speaking.
