The Greenfield Police Department has released the following information:

Sept. 27, 2018

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

A juvenile, 16, New Vienna, was cited for failure to yield right of way.

INCIDENT

At 8:27 p.m., an officer received a report of a theft in the 1400 block of Jefferson Street. The investigation is pending.

Sept. 28

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Timothy Hiles, 48, Chillicothe, was arrested for failure to appear.

Venna Haithcock, 30, Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant from Highland County for theft.

Derek Nelson, 40, South Salem, was arrested on a warrant out of Ross County for failure to appear.

INCIDENT

At 9:05 p.m. officers were requested to respond to the Greenfield Area Medical Center in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, officers obtained a report from the victim. The investigation is pending at this time.

Sept. 29

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Devyn Price, 26, Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear.

Ian West, 20, Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant from the Highland County Sheriff’s Office for violation of a court order.

William Mootispaw, 32, Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant from the Greenfield Police Department for violation of a court order.

Sept. 30

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Cody S. Moore, 36, Washington Court House, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Bond, 40, Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant from the Greenfield Police Department for violation of court order and a warrant from Highland County for failure to appear.

INCIDENT

At 1:39 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Greenhill Drive in reference to a possible overdose. An officer assisted Paint Creek Joint EMS/Fire District at the scene.

Cody S. Moore, 36, Washington Court House, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 3:12 p.m., officers responded to a report of a domestic complaint on North Washington Street. Upon the arrival of the officers, the victim was able to provide a statement and James Evans, 35, Leesburg, was arrested for abduction.

Oct. 1

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Brittany Ford, 20, Hillsboro, was arrested on a warrant from the Hillsboro Police Department for failure to appear.

Hubert Green II, New Holland, was arrested for violating a protection order and failure to appear.

Jonathan Meadows, 30, Greenfield, was arrested for violation of a court order.

Maria Cassady, 28, Leesburg, was arrested for no operator’s license, failure to display, reckless operation and obstructing justice, and for a Highland County warrant for failure to appear.

Oct. 2

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Natoshia Nelson, 35, Greenfield, was cited for driving under suspension.

Roderick Croy Jr., 32, Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant from the Greenfield Police Department for failure to comply with court order.

Cassandra Elzey, 27, Greenfield, was arrested on a Greenfield Police Department warrant for violation of court order.

Misael Garcia was cited for no operator’s license.

Cody Mock, 20, Hillsboro, was arrested on a warrant from the Greenfield Police Department for failure to appear.

INCIDENT

At 3:12 p.m., an officer responded to a domestic complaint in the 700 block of

Spring Street. Upon arrival, officers observed that a male subject was intoxicated. Jonathan Fraker, 21, Greenfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication.

Oct. 3

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Jacob Cowman, 25, Greenfield, was arrested for a probation violation.

Garrett Tharp, 19, Greenfield, was issued a citation for criminal mischief.

INCIDENT

At 4:48 p.m., officers received information about a male with outstanding warrants being at a residence in the 1000 block of North Street. Upon arrival, officers met with Wade Pummell, 28, Chillicothe, where he was arrested on a warrant out of Highland County for failure to appear and an aggravated possession warrant out of Ross County. He was arrested without incident.

Officers also conducted a traffic stop with a Chevrolet Silverado. During an investigation, it was found that the registered owner, Baily Simmoms, 18, Greenfield, was driving under suspension. He was then arrested for driving under suspension, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana

Oct. 4

ARREST/CITATIONS

William Farley, 36, Reynoldsburg, was arrested on a warrant for the Waverly

Police Department for failure to appear.

Kevin Strevel, 50, Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant out of Highland County for neglect of dependents.
