The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Ryan Ross, 18, of Hillsboro, was cited for OVI and open flask.

Hugo Mejia, 44, of Alamo, Texas, was cited for improper starting.

Jared Hill, 25, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension.

Anna Debo, 18, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Justyn Osborne, 22, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

William Waln, 20, of Wilmington, was arrested for possession of drugs.

OFFENSES/INCIDENTS

A business in the 1200 block of North High Street reported a theft.

A business in the 1400 block of North High Street reported a theft.
