The Diaper Depot, a ministry of Hillsboro First Baptist Church, has been awarded a community grant from Walmart. The Diaper Depot provides free clean, dry diapers to any family needing them. There are no income requirements as the ministry states, “No strings attached.”

WILMINGTON — The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office will conduct an investigation related to an inmate’s death this week.
