The fourth annual Greene Countrie Towne Holiday Shopping Trail will be held Saturday, Nov. 4 in and around the Greenfield community. The theme will be “It’s a Village Christmas”.

There was reportedly a large structure fire Tuesday on Webertown Road near Lynchburg. On Wednesday a spokesperson for the Lynchburg Area Joint Fire and Ambulance District said the district could not release any information on the fire because it was still under investigation.
