Learning from Mexican tourists

0

My husband, Peter, and I are staying in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, which is, according to a lot of folks, a tourist town.

Locked in the library

0

I have a Facebook acquaintance who recently posted an insane diatribe condemning President Joe Biden, his administration and all Democrats in general for “pushing for drag queens being allowed to perform for the children in the school libraries. They support and encourage sexually explicit books talking about little boys…”

This is no time for indifference

My maternal grandfather was from Estonia. As a child, he and his family fled the Imperial Russian pogroms in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The pogroms were essentially another large-scale Russian false-flag special operation alleging that Jewish citizens were responsible for the brutal assassination of Tzar Nicholas II and his Romanov family. Lenin and his Bolshevik strongmen were afraid of royalist Russian resistance. Promises made to peasants for land ownership were never fully realized and low pay and poll taxes diluted the Bolshevik promises.

“You know, since I’ve been eating these chia seeds, I’ve noticed my beard has gotten heavier.”

A little bit of this and that

I am so sick of the people who downgrade and disrespect my president, Joe Biden. I am shocked that I occasionally hear negativity from friends I trust, from Democrat friends that I love, and yet they have no problem badmouthing Joe. I don’t get it.

Congress deserves classified documents answers

President Biden has had, in his possession, classified documents for at least six years and potentially much longer. The documents found in his private office reportedly included material related to Iran, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. Congress deserves answers and accountability on how our national security secrets are kept safe when in the hands of our nation’s top executives.
