SOACDF announces Highland County 2017-18 grant recipients

The Southern Ohio Agricultural & Community Development Foundation recently recognized the recipients of the 2017-18 Educational Excellence Competitive Grant, a one-time grant of up to $7,500 for college upper classmen to be used toward tuition, on campus housing and lab fees at an accredited institution. Applicants were scored by a committee on a combination of written essays and personal interviews.
