Hillsboro area residents Lynn and Galen Neal lead and drive a horse and buggy during a parade Saturday in Bainbridge saluting RFD-TV’s “Best Of America By Horseback” taping a pair of Christmas-themed patriotic shows Saturday and Sunday at the Paxton Theatre. The Neals also provided buggy rides both days.
