The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

June 29

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Christopher Liming, 30, of Peebles, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Cathy Morgan, 42, of Winchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Craig Dawson, 52, of Loveland, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

William Day, 35, of Clarksville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

INCIDENT

At 11:52 p.m., the police department responded to the 800 block of Treewood Drive for a report of a male overdosed. Upon arrival, officers observed a male subject with shallow breathing. The Paint Creek Joint/EMS Fire District arrived on the scene and transported the male to Highland District Hospital.

At 3:34 p.m., the police department responded to the 500 block of North High Street for a complaint from a financial intuition advising a male was there trying to deposit an altered check. After further investigation, it was found that the check had been taken from a mailbox and had been altered. The male, identified as Jeffrey Waits, 47, of Russellville, was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property, one count of forgery, and transported to the jail.

ACCIDENT

At 11:45 a.m., the police department responded to the area of South High Street and Uhrig Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon investigation it was determined that Dennis Music, 47, of Winchester was headed southbound and attempted to make a left turn into a business parking lot and entered the lane of travel of a vehicle driven by Michael Holzknecht’s, 59, of Hillsboro, was headed northbound and stuck Music’s vehicle. Music was issued a citation on scene for fail to yield when turning left and was transported to Highland District Hospital for minor injuries.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Timothy Wilham, 18, of Hillsboro, was arrested for contributing to the unruliness/delinquency of a child.

Tyler B. Hughes, 29, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension.

Blake Abney, 25, of Milford, was cited for drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

July 1

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Christy White, 29, of West Union, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
