The October meeting of the Lynchburg Three Arts Club was held at the home of Colleen Mount.

The president, Doris Randolph, called the meeting to order by having Nancy Shaffer read the club collect. Colleen Mount, secretary, gave the minutes of the June and September meetings, which were read and approved. Becky Davidson gave the treasurer’s report. The roll call was naming your favorite appetizer.

Christmas decorations for the Highland House Museum were discussed and the club adjourned to the hostess’ dining room table where the program given by Doris Randolph consisted of writing out appetizer recipes and attaching a ribbon to it to go on a tree at the museum. The club also went through all its decorations to choose the ones that will be used to decorate the kitchen of the Highland House.

The hostess served a delicious dessert course to Colleen Mount, Cathy Farkas, Wendy Johnson, Nancy Lippert, Denise Kuntz, Ellen Pennington, Doris Randolph, Becky Davidson and Nancy Shaffer.
