Adena to hold free Women’s Expo

Caring for yourself is one of the best ways you can care for others. But between work schedules, running errands, spending time with family and taking care of everyone else, personal health often takes a back seat for many women.

Whether it is physical or mental, your health plays a big role in your overall potential as a woman. Find the key to unlocking your true potential at the 2019 Women’s Expo, hosted by Adena Health System. It will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday,May 18 at the PACCAR Medical Education Center, 446 Hospital Rd., Chillicothe.

Keynote speaker Tamara Paul, local author of “Discover Your Superpowers,” will share her inspirational message of how to overcome obstacles and succeed in life and business, which has been helping women of all ages find their true potential for more than 10 years.

Adena providers and specialty services will also be on-hand offering the latest in women’s health in areas such as cardiology, family medicine, mammography, neurology, OB/GYN, pediatrics, radiology and sexual assault survivor advocacy and more.

Activities for children will be available and provided by Adena Pediatrics.

This is a free community event. Registration is not required.
