Bright Yogurt Fiesta Taste Test

The Bright Local School District teamed up with the American Dairy Association for a Savory Yogurt Fiesta Parfait Taste Test at its open house at Whiteoak High School. It was the first project of the year as students and parents were welcomed into the building. The two parfait recipes were Buffalo Chicken Parfait and Fiesta Taco Parfait. Both included a secret ingredient. Undetected by taste testers, yogurt was added in place of sour cream. The American Dairy recipes were an overwhelming success. “Loved it” and “awesome” were comments made on several of the result cards. It was a fun evening with a photo center featuring fiesta themed props. The American Dairy Association sent white mustache stickers which were a fun addition for the photos. Students, parents and staff participating enjoyed the recipes and responded with a definite yes to eating these parfaits again.
