NCB welcomes 2 to NCB Ohio Team

National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading financial institution which provides banking products and services to Southern Ohio and the nation’s cooperatives, their members and other socially responsible organizations, is announcing that Crystal Waldron has joined the NCB Team as the Fayetteville Branch Manager and Bryan Smith has been hired as a loan officer for the Ohio Loan Team.

“We are excited to have these talented individuals join the NCB Team,” stated Deb Jones, NCB Co-President, Ohio Region. “Both bring a vast knowledge in customer service and banking to their new roles.”

Waldron will be responsible for managing the Fayetteville full-service branch’s profitability, operations and executing strategic sales and marketing plans. As branch manager, her expertise will undoubtedly benefit the Fayetteville community meeting customer’s current loan and deposit needs in this dynamic economic environment.

Prior to joining NCB, Waldron was a branch manager at Huntington National Bank and managed one of the top producing branches for the institution.

In Smith’s new role, he will be responsible for assisting customers with first and second mortgages, home equity lines of credit and helping homebuyers receive grant money based on availability and eligibility. He will also work with small business customers to assist them with customized banking solutions to maximize their time and money. Smith will be located in NCB’s Wilmington Branch.

Prior to joining NCB, Smith was a personal banker for Fifth Third Bank, where he worked with customers to help manage their financial needs.
